Carrying on the tradition of the original drawbar/tonewheel concept first developed in 1934, the Hammond SK Pro Keyboard/Organ sets the standard for lightweight, portable stage keyboards with unprecedented tonal versatility and functionality combined with immediate access to real-time controls—ideal for any gigging musician, regardless of genre. The 61-key SK Pro is equipped with four sound engines, which can be used separately or in any combination. The drawbar engine is derived from the Hammond XK-5. The piano engine offers high-resolution grand and electric piano sounds. The ensemble engine comes with string, brass, and choir sounds. And the synth engine offers an analog-modeled mono synthesizer.

The SK Pro features a panel with an eye-catching British-racing-green color.  Controls include pitchbend and modulation wheels for additional expressiveness. When using the built-in Digital Leslie or when paired with a spinning Leslie speaker (available separately), the SK Pro delivers Hammond's sonic versatility and authentic sound, favored for every genre of music—Rock, Soul, Gospel, Blues, Country, Classical, Pop, and Jazz. 

The Piano/Ensemble Sections

• All Piano/Ensemble voices can be fully edited. Sample choice, EQ, Filter, LFO, and other parameters are in your control and can be saved as a Patch.
• The SK PRO contains high-quality samples of the world's leading Grand Piano sounds including brand-new samples of a legendary Concert Grand Piano.
• High-definition digital voices (upgraded in resolution from previous SK models) provide a wide variety of tonal possibilities. All Voices have been carefully chosen for real-world musical performance and usefulness.
• 12 Category buttons allow easy and instant tone selection.
• Hammond's proprietary ProChord feature enables the player to reproduce complex harmonies by playing a single-note melody with the right hand and chords with the left hand.

The Mono Synth Section

• The physical-modeling synth faithfully reproduces the sounds of classic mono analog synthesizers.
• Six different oscillator configurations are provided.
• Controls for filter and amplitude enable players to create original sounds in real time just like a classic analog synth.

Combinations and Favorites

• The SK PRO offers Combinations for combining sounds (Patches) from any or all of the four tonal sections, along with the desired performance parameters required for those sounds.
• Combinations set the scene for each performance and may be changed on the fly. You can even assign external MIDI instruments to these Combinations. In conjunction with the 4 allocation buttons located in the center of the keyboard, the player can call up any part of a Combination in real-time, giving the equivalent of four discrete keyboards.
• 200 combinations are available (100 Factory and 100 User). Any ten of these may be assigned to the Favorites buttons for instant access. The role of Favorites has been expanded to include ten banks with ten Favorites each available, making a total of 100 Favorites easily and quickly accessible.

Effects

Each of the 4 Voice Sections can receive Overdrive and 2 types of comprehensive DSP Multi-Effects. All of the DSP Effects listed below can be saved as part of a Patch:

Connections

• The SK Pro includes Line out left/right jacks as well as a headphone jack and an aux input jack with its own volume control for connecting an external sound source such as a music player.
• Individual outputs allow the assignment of the Piano, Ensemble, or Synth sections to two separate audio outputs. Rotary and organ pedal (Bass) output jacks are provided.
