Rate: $35 per ½ hour, $60 per hour

Ages taught: 6 years old and up. Trial lesson recommended for students 4 & 5 years old

Experience playing music:  Piano, Trumpet, Guitar, Electronics. I have studied classical piano for 20 years and performed solo and in chamber ensembles across the East Coast. I started playing jazz piano in high school and currently lead my improvising ensemble at Peabody.

Genres of music taught: Classical, Jazz, Rock, and Pop

Personal teaching style/philosophy: My lessons center around fostering curiosity and musical sensibility in students so that they feel confident to practice, explore, and actively engage with the music. I believe in adapting instruction to meet diverse learning styles and providing students with the necessary means to pursue lifelong learning.
